What Is NIL Representation?

NIL representation refers to legal services provided to athletes in connection with their Name, Image, and Likeness rights. Since the NCAA's adoption of its NIL policy in 2021, college athletes in the United States have been permitted to earn income from commercial activities that use their name, image, or likeness — including endorsement deals, sponsorships, appearances, merchandise, social media content, and more.
